• PG vs. VG: Vegetable Glycerin is largely believed to be safer than Propylene Glycol to inhale. Most e-liquids contain both, but if health is a concern of yours, you can opt for an e-liquid with a higher VG ratio.

• Flavor: Most companies use food-grade flavors for their e-liquids, but quality can differ from company to company. Look for e-liquids that contain only high-quality ingredients for a healthier, more satisfying vaping experience. • Nicotine Content: Finally, most e-liquids contain nicotine. Although it’s healthier than smoking cigarettes, nicotine levels in e-liquid have an impact on the overall healthfulness of the e-liquid. If you don’t smoke and don’t need the nicotine, you can ask the store to recommend e-liquid that doesn’t contain any.
